Killzone 2 or Resident Evil 5?

I want to buy a new game but I want to know, should I buy killzone 2 now? or should I wait for resident evil 5 to come out?

killzone 2! RE 5 looks nice and it has a nice co-op. but killzone two will give you so much more in the multiplayer experience. you get more bang for your buck
