Can the resident evil Umbrella cronicles gun work with Resident Evil 4?

I bout the gun and resident evil 4, and the gun said it was compatible with any shooting game, but when i play RE4 i still have to play it like i would normally. please help?

No. because Resident Evil 4 is not a rail shooter. You need a remote controller in order to play the game.

P.S. Umbrella Chronicles is awesome. Cant find for the second one they are doing.
