how to start an online game in resident evil 5?

wanted to make a co-op game in this with my friend but we dont know how to start one but we can join other peoples for the xbox 360 but really i bet ir makes no differnce on what system

Start a game on your own. Make sure the opening settings regarding co-op are on invite only, not rogue or open. Next go to your friends profile through the dashboard and invite him to your game. That should just about do it.
