I have a usb pen drive but my xbox 360 dosent read it should it be a certain format?

i was looking thought google for resident evil 5 saves for 360 and i couldn’t get the saves onto my 360 is there any way using a usb pen drive? Should it be a different format like fat32…thanks

The most memory a usb pen drive can up to 2gb and the game residant evil 5 needs more
