Xbox 360 Resident Evil edition boot failure?

I just got the new resident evil red elite xbox360 and Resident Evil 5 game that came with it does not start. said drawer is open, play DVDs or inability to put in an Xbox 360 console disc pop-up message. I have no idea what is on both consoles and games are brand new Xbox reads other disks fine. Any help would be good

Must be just a mistake that all Resident Evil games have done, because I have a friend who has a pair of new Xbox 360, but his work only half time. I can not help much, but maybe you could ask an employee at Gamestop or something well? They are always useful. : D
