Was Chris Redfield the best choice for the Main Character of Resident Evil 5?

Tell me if you think it was a good idea or who you think should be the main character.
I personally think that Leon S. Kennedy from 2 and 4 should of been the playable character again but thats just my opinion, I want to hear yours.

I think they are just trying to change it up since they used leon in their last game. It’s more refreshing to play with a different character especially one thats in the resident evil franchise and not some new character. As long as he kicks arse, im good=P
