Can I Kill This Guy From Resident Evil 4 With a Rocket Launcher?

Yeah, I’m about to go into a battle with Chief Bitores Mendez from Resident Evil 4 and I really don’t want to waste my bullets and grenades, so I was wondering if I could kill him with a Rocket Launcher? I killed El Gigante BOTH times with a rocket launcher. So if you could tell me if I could kill him with a rocket launcher, it’d be a great help and I’d greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

First Shoot At Him Until His Body Splits In Half And Turns Into His Second Form. Then Shoot Him With The Rocket Launcher, Be Careful The Second Form Moves Around Alot So Aim Good.! Good Luck
