stuck on resident evil 4 wii edition?

level 5.2 how do you open the secure door at the end? has two levers each side. Ashley on 1 side and me on the other but nowt happens! how do i get past this????

im still at level 3.1 (cuz i got it about a week ago and im 12…i did it all by myself though)
