Looking for awesome xbox360 and / or PS3 Co-op or online games. prefer co-op. RPGs also be great?

Hello, my friend and I play Xbox, and PS3 together. I currently have Fable 2 (Co-op but I heard it sucks and Planet ruins of history) and Little Big. I am looking for more games to play with him, if we are not tired of the ones we have. I'll buy Fallout 3 and Resident Evil, when it is released. So I have no fear of fear games. I just want the big games that we play together. I'm bad in the first place for co-op games, but online mmo awesome could not. I am a little shy and do not like talking on the headset to other People in them, my only problem. I just want a cooperative, where you can both games for everyone. Let me, then we have it! Any ideas would be awesome. Sorry for the long hike!

Halo 3 for the 360 is probably the best online gaming experience. If you want co-op on the campaign, it's pretty good, but the game is better than if you need additional card packs. Left 4 Dead looks awesome too!
